The NAASC Atlanta Spelmom Committee is excited to host “Spelmoms at the Playground” on March 21st at Shirley Clarke Franklin Park, located at 1660 Johnson Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. This family-friendly event offers an opportunity to play and connect in a fun outdoor setting. We encourage Spelmoms to bring their little ones and join us for a joyful afternoon of sisterhood and connection. All moms, aunts, mother figures, and village members are welcomed!

NAASC Atlanta’s Seasoned Alumnae Committee is pleased to host a special line dancing event designed to bring all Spelman sisters together. Get ready to put your boots on the ground on Friday, April 17th at 10 AM. Grab your comfortable shoes and meet us at Friendship Community Church, 4141 Old Fairburn Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30349.

This gathering offers a wonderful opportunity for alumnae to reconnect, build community, and enjoy lighthearted movement in a welcoming environment. Whether you are experienced on the dance floor or simply eager to learn a few new steps, all are encouraged to attend!

Join us for the 9th Annual Spelman Blue on the Greens Golf & Tennis Event, proudly hosted by the NAASC-Atlanta Chapter on Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Country Club of Roswell in historic Roswell, Georgia.

This signature event is a scholarship fundraiser dedicated to supporting the education and success of Spelman College students. In addition to the exciting golf tournament, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through golf, tennis, and pickleball clinics-offering something for everyone, from seasoned athletes to beginners.

Calling all Atlanta metro area Spelmanites! Registration is officially open to join Team Spelman for the 19th annual Atlanta HBCU Alumni Alliance 5K Run/Walk happening on June 27th.  

This friendly competition allows you to connect with and support fellow HBCU students and alumni. Grab your Spelman sisters and celebrate health, community, and Black excellence!
